The Fireside Lounge is a woman-owned bar located in Alameda, California, that opened its doors in 1942 and was voted Best of Alameda in 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2021 by Alameda Magazine.

Owner Sandy Russell has created a welcoming, fun, and inclusive space with a working fireplace and a beautiful original art deco bar. We have a little something for everyone. Keeping it community-driven, The Fireside Lounge is proud to foster relationships with local artists, breweries, and distilleries. Our products include 11 local craft beers on tap, 42 different cans and bottles in the cooler, and cocktails inspired by classic recipes, using fresh and local ingredients. Our experienced and friendly staff will help you select a draft or create your cocktail using our extensive selection of high-quality American craft spirits. And like our draft list, our art gallery changes frequently with most pieces available for purchase.
